Servipro, commemorated its 30 years, a time of great achievements, forged through teamwork. That is why, within the framework of its anniversary, various activities were developed, through which the effort, commitment and dedication were recognized, highlighting 192 security collaborators, in addition to the administrative staff, who were awarded with special awards.
Dr. René Vivas Lugo, President of Servipro and Mr. Mario Avilez, General Manager, together with other members of the Board of Directors, presented these awards, for each of the collaborators who day by day contribute to the development of the company and the offer of good services to its customers, especially the security personnel, which according to its President "is the most important staff", for its arduous day, commitment and delegated responsibility.
Among the winners was Francisco Barahona, who has been working for 13 and a half years as a Security Guard, who said that: «I have felt satisfactorily, in the course of the years with the company, since this time I have, has allowed me to develop socially».
Another of the winners was Genoveva Martínez, a very hard-working woman who has been working as a Security Guard for 12 and a half years in Servipro, a place where she says she has always found support.
"I am very grateful and I want to continue working in Servipro, as far as God gives me life. I have felt very good, because they have supported us a lot, above all, that whatever circumstance in which we need, they always help us, support us, in one way or another. They have always supported us."Expressed.
One of the aspects that has contributed to Servipro being well positioned in its sector, is to have a competent and updated human capital, which is why the team is constantly trained and trained, for a better performance in its areas of work, in order to offer excellent quality services.
"When I came in I had little knowledge, but I have had the opportunity to pass certifications. We have developed a lot in striving, in knowing, to have a better customer service", said José Balladares, Servipro Technician, with more than 4 years working in the company.
