This Wednesday, August 16, an evaluative meeting was held with heads and supervisory team, branches, with the purpose of evacuating, evaluating and improving the service in care of our customers.
Supervisors play a key role in managing the quality of services is why an employee's work and the ongoing feedback he gives the employee on his performance is important for continuous improvement. The effective supervisor provides employees with information all the time, discusses the positive aspects of their work, and points out problems when they happen. Evaluations should be carried out on an ongoing basis.
