On October 22 and 23, 2018, we participated in the process of external auditing of follow-up to ISO 9001 certification, under ISO 9001-2015 – Quality Management Systems. Requirements, by the Colombian Institute of Technical Standards and Certification (ICONTEC).
Compliance with requirements in the Management, Operational and Support processes was reviewed; visiting the premises of three clients of Physical Security and Electronic Security. The auditor had the opportunity to evaluate both services in an integral way, interact with the staff in the workplace, know their functions, also the contact with the client and know the degree of satisfaction with the service. Overall, implementation identified opportunities for improvement of great importance to the organization and noted positive aspects in the daily work.
It was concluded that SERVIPRO's Quality Management System is in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001-2015, preserving the Certification and thus reiterating our commitment to quality.
