Course that began on January 31, to be executed in 4 meetings based on the objectives of: Know the methodology of planning and execution of an audit according to the new ISO 19011: 2018 standard and Train auditors in quality management systems based on ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 19011 : 2018.Internal audits are one of the most important processes of modern Quality Management Systems. They allow to detect opportunities for improvement and develop the true continuous improvement of the processes.
The course trains the Auditor to:
- Perform internal audits that can be used in the organization, to evaluate the performance of the Quality Management System.
- That acquires a business approach and internal audit, becomes a mechanism for generating savings and profits for the organization.
Participants in the Quality Internal Auditors Training courses will learn how to:
- Define the main audit concepts.
- Recognize the elements of an Audit Plan.
- Prepare Checklists using various methodologies with the focus on processes.
- Identify the agenda items of a typical opening meeting.
- Assess the importance of appropriate research to satisfy an audit sample.
- Assess the seriousness of a nonconformity and recognize the distinction between a major nonconformity and a minor nonconformity.
- Recognize points that are usually covered during a closing meeting.
- Identify the elements of the final audit report.
- Assess / pay for the impacts of the actions carried out.
