The steps to follow according to the procedure are:
1. The control center detects alarm signal emitted by alarm system.
2. Communicates with the owner of the property.
3. Establish communication with concurrency staff.
4. The concurrence staff proceeds to check the condition of the property and detect if there is intrusion.
