The implementation of Process Management has been revealed as one of the most effective management improvement tools for organizations, any set of activity linked to each other, that use resources and controls to transform input elements results can be seen as a process.
ISO 9001 aims to encourage the adoption of the process-based approach to managing an organization. Process Management is aimed at performing competitive processes and able to react to changes through constant control of the capacity of each process, continuous improvement, the orientation of activities towards the full satisfaction of the client and its Needs.
