Training staff in evacuation plans

Training, or personnel development, is any activity carried out in an organization, responding to its needs, that seeks to improve the attitude, knowledge, skills or behaviors of its staff.

Training in evacuation plans is a fundamental tool since it seeks to sensitize and prepare all personnel in front of a risk situation. That is why training has been carried out with the evacuation brigade in order to cope with the situations of accident that may occur, so all the personnel in charge must know the signs and escape routes in order to know what to do and what not to do at the time of a possible accident.

It consists of establishing several types of emergency, according to the severity of the situation caused, defining the alarm signals necessary to communicate the severity of the accident. Establish a place of concentration of the different components of the emergency teams, define the places of concentration of the groups of people outside the building and facilities.
