IconTEC Auditor Nancy Ortuño conducted for four days a detailed audit of the processes of the quality management system that develops Servipro, after which it ratified the renewal of the ISO 9001 quality certificate.
This Thursday, July 30, during the audit close meeting, was attended by board members, area managers and process owners, making known recommendations opportunities for improvement, found strengths and teamwork.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors congratulated all process owners on the hard work and positive results of the audit process and considered it a great satisfaction to see how the quality management system is built into the entire business team.
She thanked Mr. Nancy Ortuño for the detailed audit of the processes of Servipro's quality management system, a report she made on the audit and indicated that the results stimulate us to continue working, to continue in continuous improvement and above all in the improvement of services, customer service and satisfaction.
For his part, the General Manager, Msc. Mario Avilez, noted that this positive rating is the product of teamwork by all staff, achieving a common goal, working every day to make the quality management system increasingly robust and more reliable, with motivated staff and increase customer satisfaction.
The Audit of Renewal to the Quality Certificate under ISO 9001:2015 was held on July 27, 28, 29 and 30 of this year.
This certification allows Senior Management to align its strategies, policies, processes and resources for the achievement of Business Strategic Planning, with quality criteria for customer satisfaction.
