Communication: A process of support for the SGC

The new communication requirements in ISO 9001:2015 appear in the general section on support, clause 7. This section includes all the requirements necessary for processes to support the Quality Management System (GSC). Ensuring the ability to provide products and services that meet needs and improve customer satisfaction. Since this is really the scope of ISO 9001 2015 and the objective of any GSC.
