As part of the organizational development on April 25, a workshop on innovation and creativity was held with the key personnel of the organization, in charge of providing customer service, which consisted of knowing the creative process and the creative techniques that would allow us to develop the process, through the formulation of a problem the possible solutions, for the improvement in customer service, workshop taught by Msc. Mario Rodríguez.
