As part of the procedure of the improvement plan this Saturday, February 18, an internal meeting was held at Servipro, where each manager presented his result of the 2016 evaluation, analyzing the degree of compliance with the key objectives set for his area.
The main objective of this meeting is to analyze strengths and weaknesses to achieve excellence in customer service.
We congratulate the National Commission on Port Security and Maritime Security for holding its fifth OPIP meeting in the city of Managua.
Every year, evaluations are carried out on the security system of all Nicaraguan ports, in order to strengthen the capacities of attention to users, generating a climate of confidence in investors, which allows to analyze and act in high-risk situations, forming a shield of protection against drug trafficking. Obtaining good results because Nicaragua is the third country in the world after Israel and the United States to have the best security of its ports.
Servipro has participated consecutively in these meetings with the aim of obtaining to know the problems that may arise in these facilities and strengthen our capacities and quality management system to improve us in the day to day".
This meeting was attended by Servipro, our General Manager Mr. Mario Alonso Avilez, and Physical Security Manager Msc. Yamil Gutiérrez, who were awarded participation medals in recognition of the five meetings from 2013 to 2017.
With the realization of this activity, a recognition is made during life to the Engineer Rodolfo Ernesto Sandino, for his contribution and dedication to the vision of the National Port System. For his part, Engineer Sandino, dictated to those present on Port Security, and recalled anecdotes that happened during his stay in Puerto Corinto.
During the V OPIP Nicaragua 2017 Meeting, the Naval Force, the General Directorate of Customs Services, the Directorate of Aquatic Security and Regulation and the National Port Company participate, which will address issues related to maritime security, port equipment, and analysis of the procedures for the valuation of abandoned goods and the management of oily waste, among others.
The V meeting of OPIP 2017, was held from February 15 to 17 in the city of Managua.
Always maintaining our objective of providing comprehensive security solutions and alternatives in the market, Servipro held the promotional event of electronic security devices of the EBS brand, aimed mainly at companies that provide Private Security services, companies that consist of their own security systems as well as government entities. This event took place on November 25 at the Hilton Princess Hotel from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Every year servipro workers visit the Blue Bird Home, in order to brighten the day for children, adolescents and young people with disabilities in situations of neglect and abuse.
In this year on Tuesday, December 13, the activity was carried out by delivering the donation, this year it was managed to raise in the multiple activities carried out by the servipro staff, the amount of C$35,495.60, of which food, special food for that day, piñatas and toys was donated. Something that money can't buy from those kids, the love, love and attention that 22 volunteers from the Servipro company gave that day. We congratulate the workers on this social work and invite them to continue to join this noble cause.
Friday, July 29, 2016, our company SERVIPRO, through the management of sales and marketing, was presentation of our electronic security, activity aimed mainly at workers of instant coffee products. Settled a showroom adapted to the conditions and products aimed at the segment of workers. Presented products, alarm kit, kit video, GPS, with special prices.
Important the participation of the sales staff in activity, where was the acquisition of some potential customers, which will be given attention to requests for follow-up, inspection techniques for installation of alarm systems with monitoring and GPS.
Thanks to instant coffee, to Lic. Gerardo Baltodano (General Manager), for allowing us to carry out the activity, to the LIC. Olga Corrales (head of benefits and social services), for their support in all necessary arrangements.
This activity, will be taking to other clients in the course of the year, and on a permanent basis, to closer to ours and strengthen our relations.
