DEFINITIONS
- Assignment or Transfer: It is the transfer of personal data to a person other than its owner.

II. AUTHORISATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Personal Data that are included in the SERVIPRO Databases come from the information collected by virtue of links inherent to the development of its commercial, contractual, labor, or any other type of purpose.
At the time of the collection of Personal Data, the Company will request from the Data Subjects the Authorization for the Processing of the same, in a prior, express manner, and informing them about:
- the Processing to be carried out by the company and the specific purposes thereof;
- the rights that the Data Controllers have vis-à-vis the Company and the other Data Processors and Data Controllers, and the means to exercise them;
- the location of this Policy.
The Personal Data collected by SERVIPRO is stored in physical and digital media, owned or contracted with specialized providers, seeking to safeguard the confidentiality and security of the personal information of the Data Subjects.

III. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Personal Data of the Data Subjects are collected and processed by Servipro in the development of its corporate purpose and for the following purposes:
a) Customers and consumers

- Carry out market studies, business intelligence actions, market trend research and data analytics that allow the establishment of consumption preferences, using Personal Data to generate consolidated information on habits, trends, consumption and behaviors of the Data Subjects, which will not be associated with Personal Data on an individual basis.
- Develop and implement loyalty programs and/or improvement of products and services for customers.
- Handle requests related to sales, purchase order status, and customer service.
- Manage queries, complaints and claims presented by Personal Data Holders regarding the services and products offered by Servipro.
(b) Suppliers and contractors.
The information requested from the supplier or contractor may include information from the natural or legal person, as appropriate. Likewise, it is possible that information may be requested from the employees of the supplier, contractor or ally who are dedicated to fulfilling some function or relationship with the company, who due to the work performed require access to the applications and/or systems or others of the organization.
- Carry out the process of selection and linking of the supplier, contractor with the Company, generating the development of internal procedures, which are related, accounting, financial, commercial, logistical, among others.
- Manage and conduct business background checks on the vendor, contractor, or their employees in connection with the Company's operation.

c) Applicants and collaborators
The information that SERVIPRO collects from applicants or candidates for positions within it is processed in order to carry out the entrance evaluation and the process of linking the applicant. The Personal Data provided by those interested in the vacancies of the Organization and those obtained in the selection process are limited to the information related to their participation in the same and may not be used for other purposes.
The purpose of the processing of the personal information of employees or collaborators is the management of existing employment relationships with them, as well as the development of the different activities established by the Organization, among which we highlight the following:
- Personnel selection, admission and entry processes.
- Comply with the obligations contracted with the Owner of the Personal Data, in relation to the payment of salaries, social benefits and other remuneration enshrined in the employment contract, or as provided by law.

- Perform activities required by the administrative area, including, but not limited to: full identification of the employee, intern or service provider, filing and handling of their contact information and their academic and professional information.

- Implement the biosecurity protocols ordered by the National Government for the performance of work and production activities in adequate health conditions, as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic or other diseases.
IV. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
a) Processing of Personal Data
The Processing to be carried out by the Database Controllers will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law 787 of 2012, and its regulations that add or modify it, as well as with the provisions of this Policy and the respective authorizations for the Processing of Personal Data.
b) Time limit on the Processing of Personal Data
The Company will process the Personal Data for the term that is reasonable and necessary, which will not be less than the term of the contractual, legal or commercial relationship that is had with the Owner of the Personal Data. Once the purpose or necessity of the Processing of Personal Data ceases, it will be deleted from the Company's Databases or will be archived under appropriate security measures, in order to be disclosed only when required by law.
c) Type of Personal Data processed by SERVIPRO
In the development of the purposes described above, SERVIPRO collects and processes computer Personal Data of identification of the Holders, contact data, location data, place and date of birth, socioeconomic information, marital status, gender, age, judicial or disciplinary history, labor and academic information. Art. 8.
d) Transmission and Transfer of Personal Data to third parties

VI. PROCEDURES FOR DEALING WITH QUERIES, COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
The procedures established by SERVIPRO to guarantee the rights of the Holders may be exercised:
- By the Data Controller, who must provide sufficient proof of identity by the various means made available by the Data Controller.
- By the representative and/or attorney-in-fact of the Owner, after accreditation of the representation or power of attorney.
(a) Consultations
The Owner may submit inquiries to SERVIPRO for the purposes of:
- Know how your Personal Data is used.
- Access your Personal Data that is in SERVIPRO's systems.
Inquiries must be submitted indicating "Processing of personal data" in the subject line of the message.
(b) Complaints
The Account Holder may submit claims to the company for the purposes of:
- To report an improper Processing of your Personal Data.
- Correct, update, or request deletion of your Personal Data.
- Revoke the Authorization for the Processing of your Personal Data.
The Company will respond to complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of the complaint. If the claim is incomplete, the Company will require the Account Holder to provide the missing information or documentation, If two (2) months have passed since the date of the request made by SERVIPRO without it having been attended to by the Owner, it will be understood that the Owner has withdrawn his claim.
It is necessary to warn that the request for the deletion of the information and the revocation of the Authorization will not proceed when the Owner has a legal or contractual duty in force with SERVIPRO.
VII. VALIDITY AND MODIFICATION OF THE DATA PROCESSING POLICY
PERSONAL
This Policy is effective as of its posting. This Policy may be modified at any time, in order to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, as well as to best practices that are developed on the protection of Personal Data.
