As part of the continuous improvement today was held meeting where each area manager presented strategic plan evaluation and proposals for the new period, in order to be more competitive, to be at the forefront, with continuous innovation continuously and correctly to the like our collaborators to maintain and grow in this globalized and technological world, which requires a high degree of preparation, dexterity and anticipation to the needs and of the organization itself.
The strategic evaluation consisted of reviewing the main business-related variables, both internal and external, in order to select the strategies that the organization will use in the short, medium and long term.
