December 22 activity to share with our partners celebration of new year's Eve, where competitions were held and the winner was awarded with Christmas baskets, as well as a small lunch.

Happy new year 2019

Today started course of supervisors with our equipment, with the aim of developing the supervision of private security, with attachment, efficiency and effectively.

I'd like to point out the attributes that should have these to make a good job:

• Empathy in the team and roles: the safety supervisor shall achieve a working and good communication with all the personal security guard, motivating to establish a good working and personal relationship with attitude positive.
• Display: have the capacity to fulfil the objectives desired, becoming a good leader, creating a reliable safety equipment, where does not prevail the prominence and if the collective efficiency.
• Motivation: one of the most important elements of the supervisor of the security is the motivation which takes the Group of elements in his office, inviting everyone to participate with rain of ideas, suggestions, or actions that allow to increase the security constantly.
